When you upload an image to DatePro, the image may contain facial features ("face data").

What Face Data Is Collected

The App does not perform facial recognition or biometric identification.

Third-Party Processing of Face Data

User-uploaded images are securely transmitted to Google LLC via the Google Gemini API for processing.

Google processes submitted images solely to provide the requested AI functionality.

Does Google Store Face Data?

According to Google's public documentation for its AI and cloud services:

• Data submitted via API may be temporarily retained for abuse monitoring, security, and legal compliance purposes.
• Google does not use API customer data to train its foundation models unless explicitly permitted.
• Retention periods vary depending on service configuration and legal requirements.
• After the applicable retention period, data is deleted in accordance with Google's data retention policies.
• Google retains submitted data only for security, abuse prevention, and compliance purposes, and not for advertising purposes in the context of API services.

5. Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary to provide the services described in this Privacy Policy.

• Uploaded images containing face data are retained only for the duration necessary to complete the AI image generation request.
• DatePro deletes user-uploaded images immediately after processing is completed.
• We do not maintain a facial database.
• Google LLC may temporarily retain submitted data for security, abuse monitoring, and legal compliance purposes as described in its privacy policy.
